A bistro, a concept store and an atelier behind the walls of a restored soap factory of the 1920s.

The structure was built in 1920 and managed by the family Ortner-Kikinger until the early 70s as a successful soapfactory. Afterwards, the historic buidling stood empty for some time. In 2015, the first talks about the renovation began with the architect Werner Tscholl (winner “premio architetto Italiano 2016“ ). The main focus during the entire construction phase was to protect the identity of the aged soap factory.
In the architectural sense, this is the special feature of today‘s IM KULT - the newly created is accompanied by the historic industrial charm... this combination creates a unique flair.
